Information

SimFini is the financial management program for the present-day farmer and agricultural business.

• SimFini runs on Microsoft Windows.
• SimFini includes a full general ledger, creditors, debtors, an asset register and a livestock table.
• Invoices and receipts can be made out to debtors.
• Inventory control and livestock tables are included in SimFini
• A manufacturing function is available whereby existing inventory items can be transformed into a new inventory item.
• Budgets can be set up for a period of 5 years.
• The optional modules include:
  * Importing of external data like creditor monthly accounts and Duet's sales and payments
  * Data Merge is a module that allows you to merge the data of multiple data sets into one data set.
• Unlimited accounts, sub accounts, enterprises and unlimited consolidation groups, with unlimited consolidation accounts, can be set up.
• Optional year end closings can be done, and recalled.
• Optional period closings for VAT purposes can be done.
• All date definable reports, such as income statements, and balance sheets, VAT reports, and various other relevant reports are available for printing.
• Opening balances can be entered, or adjusted, at any time, except when a year was closed off.
• Full reconciliation is possible on all bank accounts, credit cards, debtors and creditors.
• Backups can be taken on CD, any place on the hard drive, USB sticks or any place on a network.

Point of Sale

• Point of sale separate program that is only compatible with SimFini.
• The data is electronically transferred between SimFini and Point of Sale.
