Any additional travel and installation cost is negotiable with the dealer or Software Farm who will do the installation, support and training. Training and retraining is for your own account. This is negotiable between you and the Software Farm dealer, and is not prescribed by Software Farm. Software Farm also offers training in Pretoria.
Software Farm retains the right to change either the program or the documentation at will, without any prior consent or agreement. The latest version will always be available on the internet. To update your SimFini the compulsory yearly licence fee must be paid in full and you must be on the version as on 1 October 2008 (SimFiniV).

This is a legal contract (Agreement) between you, the end user, and Software Farm (Pty) Ltd.
With the sale of any new program as from 1 October 2005, the yearly licence fee will be compulsory. By requesting the registration code, and activating the program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do NOT agree to these terms and conditions, return this package, and accompanying items (including all documentation) to Software Farm within 30 days.
Software Farm (Pty) Ltd grants you the right to use this one (1) computer program with two (2) data sets on a single (1) computer, and to use the accompanying documentation, whether written, or electronic, within the terms of this agreement.
You may install the program on a network and use more than one data set on condition that all data sets and network points must be registered at Software Farm (Pty) Ltd. All new programs are issued with two data sets and one network point. A fee is payable for any additional data set or network point.
Any other person wishing to use the program must obtain a licensed copy of the program from Software Farm (Pty) Ltd.
This is a NON EXCLUSIVE and NON TRANSFERABLE limited licence.
The program and documentation are the property of Software Farm (Pty) Ltd.

Software Farm (Pty) Ltd retains all rights, title, interest, and ownership of, in, and to the software, copies of the software, and the documentation. Software Farm (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify and or update/ enhance the software, documentation without obligation to notify you of any changes, or to supply you with them.
You may NOT loan, rent, lease or distribute the program or documentation.
You may resell the rights to use the software to any willing buyer, on condition that you:
Any deviation from these conditions will declare the transfer void.
You may NOT reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software, and you may NOT modify, translate, or create any other works from the software or documentation.
You agree to protect the program and documentation from unauthorised publication, use, reproduction and/or distribution.
This agreement is effective from the date you install this program on your computer, until terminated. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying the software, all copies of the software, the documentation and all other materials accompanying this package.
The agreement shall terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. Upon any termination under these circumstances, Software Farm (Pty) Ltd will retain the right to take any legal steps to protect its interest. You shall immediately destroy or return all copies of the software and documentation to Software Farm (Pty) Ltd after such a cancellation without any compensation.
Software Farm (Pty) Ltd warrants that the physical media (meaning the diskette(s)/CD’s themselves, not the software) on which you received the software, shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date you received the software.
Software Farm (Pty) Ltd makes NO other warranties of any kind, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied. The software provided on the diskette(s)/CD’s and the documentation are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
Software Farm (Pty) Ltd does not warrant that the software or the documentation will meet your requirements, that the operation of the software will be error free, or that all defects in the software and/or documentation will be corrected. You assume sole responsibility for the selection of the software and documentation to achieve your particular goals. Should the software or documentation prove defective to you, you, and not Software Farm (Pty) Ltd or it's suppliers or agents, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.
No oral or written information or advice given by Software Farm (Pty) Ltd, it's dealers, distributors or agents, shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty.
Software Farm (Pty) Ltd’s entire liability shall be, at Software Farm (Pty) Ltd’s discretion:
In NO event shall Software Farm (Pty) Ltd, or it's dealers/agents, be liable for any damage whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or information, or other direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages, arising out of the use, or inability to use, the software and/or documentation, however caused.
In NO event shall Software Farm (Pty) Ltd’s liability, however founded, exceed the receipt price paid by you for this license.
You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Furthermore you agree that this is the whole and inclusive statement of agreement between you and Software Farm (Pty) Ltd, and that this agreement supersedes all prior agreements, whether verbal or written, and any other communications relating to the subject matter of this agreement. Only a written, signed agreement by both you and Software Farm (Pty) Ltd can modify this agreement.
The installation should preferably be done by a certified Software Farm dealer, upon which training and implementation should be done. The cost for this service is not prescribed by Software Farm, and is negotiable between the potential user and the dealer.
To install SimFini, you would need at least the Windows 95 operating system.
