Licensing & Options
Accord is sold as a once-off program purchase plus an annual licence fee. The annual licence fee is shared across all Software Farm programs used by the same client.

System & Technical Notes
Accord is a Microsoft Windows application that stores data in local data sets. Regular backups are strongly recommended, especially before closing periods or installing upgrades. Payroll calculations are based on the settings and tax tables in the program, so you should confirm legislative details with your accountant or payroll advisor where necessary.

Support & Training
Support and training are not included in the once-off program price. Telephone and email support are available to clients with a valid annual licence fee and training can be arranged with Software Farm or selected dealers by agreement.
