Saaiplan is a Windows-based planning and record-keeping program for crop production.

Saaiplan Overview

Saaiplan helps with seasonal planning and record keeping. It combines soil analysis, inputs, costs, and income so you can compare planned versus actual results for each season.

  • Uses soil analysis, lime, fertiliser, seed, pesticides, herbicide, indirect costs, sales and other income as inputs to plan the season.

Licensing & Options

Saaiplan is sold as a once-off program purchase plus an annual licence fee. The annual licence fee is shared across all Software Farm programs used by the same client.

Additional data sets and additional network points are available at an extra once-off cost. Prices vary per product.

System & Technical Notes

Saaiplan is a Microsoft Windows application that stores data in local data sets. Regular backups are strongly recommended, especially before starting a new season or installing upgrades. Correct setup of fields, groups and input items is important for meaningful comparisons between planned and actual results.

Support & Training

Support and training are not included in the once-off program price. Telephone and email support are available to clients with a valid annual licence fee and training can be arranged with Software Farm or selected dealers by agreement.
